My name is Kate. I am from a city in Southern
China called Nanning.
I am married and have a young son and
enjoy spending much time cooking at
home.
During my childhood my mother was a cook for
several five star hotels. She worked for over
thirty years.
Beginning from about seven years old she
began teaching me to cook. Over the years
I learned to cook many types of traditional
Chinese food.
